Gap analysis has identified the customization needs of the SAP R/3 Modules for its use in Slovak state and public organizations. The analysis was executed by the QBSW’s professionals on public finance management, who faced existing system’s functionality contra its specific use in practical economic life in Slovak public sector, with stress on the process analysis, data structure, presentation style and so on.
The result of the project was a comprehensive gap analysis with proposals for functionality adaptations SAP R/3 for its successful implementation in the specific legislative environment in the public sector of the Slovak Republic.
